Kivug'uburyo yahoranye n'abantu,
N'uko yahamagarag'abana nk'intama ze,
Maze bigatuma nkumbura Yesu,
Numva nifuza kw'aba yaranshyizehw'ibiganza,
Ngw'abe yaranzengurukij'amaboko,
Yemwe mba narahiriw'iyo numv'avug'ati:
Nimurek'abana bato bansange!

Nzeger'intebe ye ngo mutur'amasengesho,
Maze musabe kuba mu rukundo rwe,
Kand'uko ndushaho kumushaka mur'iyi si,
Nizeye ko nzamubona mw'ijuru.
Yagiye mw'ijuru guteguray'amazu meza,
Azaturwamo n'abacunguwe gusa.
Abana benshi bazaba bateraniyeyo,
Kuk'ubwami bwo mw'ijuru ar'ubwabo.

Abantu benshi bazimiriye mur'iyi si,
Ntabwo barumv'inkuru y'iwacu heza,
Ndifuza ko bamenya ko har'umwanya wabo,
Kandi Yesu niw'ubahamagara.
Ndifuza kuzishima kur'uwo munsi mukuru,
Uzab'ar'umuns'urut'iyindi yose.
Ubw'abana bo mw'isi yose bazaterana,
Akabaher'umugish'icyarimwe.
