1. Ndidze pafupi ndi Inutu, Yesu, Mombolo wopambana ’Nu;
Inu mndisunge mmanja mwanu, Inu mndibise pa ngaka yanu,
Inu mndibise pa ngaka yanu.
2. Ndidza pafupi ndekha ndekha, Kanthu ndilibe kopatsa Yesu;
Mtima woipa ndipatsa ’Nu, Munditsuketu ndi mwazi wanu,
Munditsuketu ndi mwazi wanu.
3. Ndidza pafupi, ndine wanu, Ine ndisiya zoipa zonse;
Zonse zonyada za dzikoli, Koma mndipatse Ambuye Yesu,
