Teti mfume uko ali, Kano fye apepi,

2. Naliba uwanaka Mfumu yalishiba,
Ndashintilila ukwali, Alangafwa ine;
Alantungulula ine, Lubuto munshila,
Tulendelafye pamo, Ine na-nkwe.
3. Ubulanda ‘bo mweba, Nobuseko bwandi,
Ndamweba ifinsekesha, Pamo nefimbifya,
Alanjeba fyakucita. Alanjebo kwansha,
Tulalandila pamo lne na-nkwe.
4. Alishiba ndafwaya, Kupususha bambi,
Alanjeba kuya ine kuya mulandila,
Kuya sose ilandwelyo. Neco afwilile,
Tula bombela pamo, Ine na-nkwe.
