1.Ri na thama khulu Yesu, O hwala zwivhi zwashu;
Zwo naka u isa khae, zwothe nga dzithabelo,
Ri xelelwa nga mulalo, Mu ngafha-ngafha nandi!
Nge ra si ise zwililo, Kha Yesu nga thabelo.
2. Ri nao na matungu vho? Milingo na khakhathi?
Ri songo vhuya ra shavha, Kha ri rabele Ene:
Ri nga wana’fhi khonani, i ngaho Ene Yesu?
Ndi Ene we a ri divha, Musi ri tshi rabela.
3. Ri lemelwa nga mihwalo, Mulingo na mathupho,
Mutshidzi washu muhulu, Ri a mu rabela-vho;
Ri tutshela dzikhonani, Kha ri mu vhudze zwothe;
U a ni kwengweledza-ha, U do ni tsireledza.
