Au! Suku lokuphumla kwa nolwemvuyiso,
Olususa intsizi kwa naz’ inkathazo;
Baya dumisa ngalo abasezulwini,
Baya tsholoza bathi, "Ngcwele, Ngcwele Nkosi."
I-Sabatha eyona inqabe kakuhle,
Iyintsim’ ebaleka amanzi amahle;
Injengomthomb’ othandwa ngaba nxaniweyo,
Intaba zibonisa izwe elizayo.
Usuku olumnandi luhle ebantwini,
Usuku lokucinga ngezasezulwini,
Sizuz’ ufef’ olutsha ngawo wona lo mhla;
Siyakuphumla njalo xa sesiphezulu.
